Here at StreetFeet we want your shopping process to be simple and easy, below you will find a list of frequently asked questions that will help with any issues you may have, Of course if you can't find what you're looking for feel free to email us or call free on 08001 522651 where we will be happy to answer any questions for you.
- I have placed my order, when can I expect delivery?
We aim to process any orders placed before 1pm and deliver using Interlink Express delivery.
- Are there any exceptions to this?
Most of our product is held here at our warehouse and ready for immediate dispatch, however certain Puma product and special orders can take a further 48 hours.
- How do I track my order?
- For your convenience we will email your tracking number once your order is processed; You will also receive another email via Yodel once your goods are on route. Of course if you do have any issues feel free to call our freephone number and one of our representatives will be happy to help.

- I’m from outside the uk, can I still make a purchase?
We are more than happy to deliver overseas, please select the postage option at checkout depending on the destination.
Unfortunately we can no longer sell Adidas items to customers outside the EEA.
- How do you ship overseas?
Depending on the destination we use Yodel/DHL or Royalmail. Delivery can vary depending on destination but as a rule it takes 7-10 working days.
- Are your sizes all UK sizes?
Yes, all our sizes are UK sizes. Please use our size chart as a guide to how countries sizes compare. Please not each brand is different and this is for guide purposes only. If you do have any doubts please call and we will be happy to advise.
- I can't log into my account what do I do?
If you can't get into your account due to a forgotten password then there is a forgotten password reset button, please enter your email and your password will be sent to you. If you still have problems please email us or call our freephone number and we will be happy to help.
- What is your returns policy?
Here at Streetfeet we are here to help. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 28 days provided goods have all the packaging with them. Once we have the goods back we will arrange a refund for you, this can take 2-5 working days depending on the card issuing company.
If you're buying an item for a Christmas present and are worried in case you need to return them after Christmas we have extended our returns policy for purchases between 1 – 31st December. Our returns policy for this period will be extended to 31st January 2011 (normal policy applies re unworn and original packing etc) so there will be plenty of time to return unwanted presents. Alternatively if you want a surefire success for a present why not buy a selection of our StreetFeet gift vouchers. This way you're loved ones can choose the shoes they want at their own leisure.
- How do I return unwanted goods?
When your purchase arrives it will have a returns form with it, simply fill in the form and return your purchase along with this form to the address provided. We advise sending with tracking and proof of postage.
- Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?
You do not need an account to make a purchase and can purchase as a guest if you prefer.
- Is my card secure?
Your card is completely secure, We use Worldpay which is owned by Royal Bank of Scotland and is a completely secure payment gateway that meets all current online security.
- Can I pay over the telephone if I prefer?
Yes of course. Please call our freephone hotline between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm and one of our customer service staff will be more than happy to assist you, Alternatively please leave a message and we will call you back within 24 hours.
- Is my card information stored with you?
We only store customer purchase information , No credit/debit card information is stored with us.
- Will any data be passed onto any third party companies?
At Streetfeet the customer is the most important part of our company, No information is passed onto any third party organization.
