Secure Payments
Security online is of utmost priority to us, that’s why we use worldpay for processing your transactions. Worldpay is owned by Royal Bank of Scotland and uses the most secure processes for taking card transactions. Card data is not stored by Streetfeet so you can feel safe in the knowledge that you are shopping securely.
Delivery
We aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Most goods if purchased by 1pm will be dispatched on the same day with DHL home delivery. Some Puma products are stored at Puma so delivery for some of these products may be a further 48 hours. If you have a specific delivery requirement then please call us and will be more than happy to accommodate.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and appreciate from time to time goods are not as you thought. If this is the case simply fill out the short returns authorization form and we will email a returns acceptance to you within 1 working day. Once you have your returns number simply send the goods back to us with this number and we will arrange a refund/exchange for you.

Christmas Returns Policy
If you're buying an item for a Christmas present and are worried in case you need to return them after Christmas we have extended our returns policy for purchases between 1 – 31st December. Our returns policy for this period will be extended to 31st January 2011 (normal policy applies re unworn and original packing etc) so there will be plenty of time to return unwanted presents. Alternatively if you want a surefire success for a present why not buy a selection of our StreetFeet gift vouchers. This way you're loved ones can choose the shoes they want at their own leisure.
