Penguin Trainers - Penguin Shoes - The Original Penguin brand was created in 1955. Originally Penguin clothing was produced as a golfing brand and was worn by many celebrities of the time such as Frank Sinatra , Bob Hope and Bing Crosby.
Penguin became the leisure brand right up until the mid eighties.
Rumour has it that the brand name was developed after a salesman spotted a stuffed penguin called Pete in a New York taxidermists store.
The brand was brought back to life in 2003 and has grown from strength to strength with a huge collection of Penguin shirts, Penguin tshirts, penguin Polos and Penguin knitwear.
More recently Penguin has developed the Penguin shoes line which we are proud to be part of.
